Thank you for your interest in the new Deputy Chief People Officer and Director of Organisational Development (OD) & Inclusion role. This new position in the Trust will be a key component of our ambitious journey of improvement and vision for the future. We have spent the last year listening to our staff, service users and carers and partners to understand how we need to change our services for the future. Our new organisational structure, effective from the 1st April 2021, will align our people and services through Locality Networks, with our systems’ Integrated Care Partnerships. This will enable great partnership working and local service delivery with consistent high quality for people using our services no matter where they access them.

We have a real and exciting opportunity to improve population health, address health inequalities and provide consistent, high quality services in partnership with our communities. This will be achieved through our 7,000 strong workforce and we are committed to making the Trust a great place to both work and learn.
