The current organisation structure has significant variance and inequity in size and scale of services in terms of turnover and workforce. South Cumbria which joined the Trust in October 2019 is a very small network at £18.4m and 401 head count with the mental health network having a large turnover of £150.8m and headcount of 3.155.
The 5 new networks will be more equal in size and scale and have leadership structures to support deliver.

Each of the four locality networks will have a consistent grouping of services which will be delivered at a local level. The clinical model within each Locality Network includes:
- Access and Urgent Care Services
- Community Services - Children and young people services, Adult mental health services, Older Adult mental health services ,Physical Health services
- Patient Services
