I joined the Trust as Chief Improvement and Compliance Officer last year and since then have had the privilege of being part of a newly refreshed, talented, and values-driven Executive team. We have spent the last year listening to our staff, service users and carers and partners to understand how we need to change our services for the future. Our new organisational structure will align Locality Networks with our systems’ Integrated Care Partnerships enabling great partnership working and local service delivery with consistent high quality for people using our services no matter where they access them.

We have a new role in our structure of a Director of Governance. The Director of Governance will work across the whole organisation with a leadership team who are committed to embedding cultural change through a style of leadership that is aligned to our values ‘we are kind, respectful, always learning and a team’. The post holder will be responsible for developing and embedding a robust strategy for clinical governance, patient safety and quality assurance across the Trust with the opportunity to develop our Quality Governance framework and to have significant exposure to our refreshed and experienced Board team.  This is an exceptional opportunity to join an organisation that is working across a whole ICS footprint and delivering on an ambitious journey of quality improvement.
